E3 was established in order to design a new business with the anticipation of the arrival of the next era. Especially, the energy business is most focused.

Japan, which is not endowed with natural resources, has produced a number of technologies to lead the era based on the manufacturing spirit since long time ago.
Then here comes the time to exert its real value in the field of energy.

In recent years, renewable energy market is globally expanding.
The Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011 was a trigger to let the world start the generation of the post nuclear power.

Germany which is also the same situation of the industry and natural resources to Japan, announced high-level goals which has never tried before such as total abolition of nuclear power plants by the end of 2022, and 80% of power generation ratio from renewable energy.
The era of mass production and mass consumption has gone, energy shift which means how to use the limited resources efficiently, has been required.

Solar power generation is currently installed in more than 100 countries, and total capacity reached 77 million kW as of the end of 2014. However, the amount of introduction of solar power generation on a global scale is still limited at the moment, further installation is being accelerated.
“Renewable energy business” which we engaged in is not just simply generating electricity or constructing the solar system.Taking advantage of sophisticated technologies and ideas of Japan, we offer “total quality”. That is design of the new solar system business.

Japanese manufacturing spirit to the world

Our first priority for solar system construction is the perfect quality management based on Japanese manufacturing spirit. For instance, panels we offer keeps 80% of the electric power generation performance even after 20-year use.
Even if the panels which we offer is produced abroad, they are made on special lines for Japanese domestic market, and kept same quality as Japanese products. And also we bring future reuse of panels which were installed in Japan in developing countries into view.
What we aim is beyond conventional solar system, it is long-term “total quality”.

 

Ideas for keeping power generation

In the design of solar power system, to keep quality is the most important thing in order to maintain a high amount of power generation.
The worst enemy of solar system is wind and thunder. When the installation of solar panels, it is common to use concrete foundation, in which case, when the panel is fanned by strong wind, there is a risk of lifting the foundation.
Since we fill the foundation 1.5m depth from the ground, panels do not float by even a gust with a wind speed of 70m/s.

Against the thunderbolt, we set up a special lightning rod to reveal the “lightning dome”. The barrier with a radius of 100 meters is stretched around, prevents a thunderbolt itself, then we can protect panels and the power conditioner.

In addition, in the installation of solar panels, the shadow due to the overlap leads to a decrease in power generation amount. We offer accurate installation technology within less than a millimeter error, it is also possible to keep the beautiful landscape as well as power generation capacity.

, it is embedded to a depth of 1.5 meters underground.
-In order to maintain a stable amount of power generation, we put a special lightning rod. By making a barrier to the whole area, we protect panels and the power conditioner from thunderbolt.
– As panels are put accurately within less than a millimeter error, you can visually recognize trees that are 100 meters away through between the gap of the panels. This is an example of Japanese sophisticated technology.

 

Installed Japan’s first solar system to a national park

In Japan, the installation of solar system in the Territory of the National Park was authorized by the enforcement of the Amendment Ordinance of Natural Parks Law (Construction of new licensing standards) on June 1, 2015,
We negotiated with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Ministry of the Environment, or local authorities numerous times since before the legal reform, and were evaluated technical capabilities of the installation that were friendly to the environment, then installed the first solar system in a national park in Japan.
In particular, about constructing the Ibusuki solar system, in order to leave the protected species of tree in the park, we comply with the Natural Parks Law and got the high evaluation by without damaging the landscape of the national park.

In addition, we develop revolutionizing solutions which impress the industry such as collaboration of power generation business and financial scheme.
